H&F’s Joanna Ebsworth met pop star and Strictly Come Dancing judge Alesha Dixon, this week, to find out about her brand new dance class, Dance Fusion, launching exclusively in LA Fitness gyms from May 29, 2010.
The class blends a funky mix of street, hip hop, salsa and Latin dance – some of Alesha’s personal favourites to work out to – and has been designed to provide a fun workout that’s different from typical fitness regimes.
