As an independant healthclub owner I spend a great deal of time advising women of all ages shapes and sizes on all manner of health an fitness issues. This an range from weight loss to weight gain, training for a marathon to exercisig during menopause, motivational techniques that work to effective products that help with depression. Without the regular suport of Heath and Fitness my knowledge and credibility would be severely compromised and more importantly as a man my integrity ruined.
I would urge all men working in the health an fitness sector to subsciribe to Health and Fitness read it, keep it and archive it for future reference, its invaluable.
