Deck the halls with Bells and Chilli: Nando’s sells unique limited edition Christmas decorations
By slhaf | November 16, 2009
Christmas at Nando’s is far from boring. This festive season, the PERi-PERi professionals will be decking their Christmas Trees in restaurants with lovingly hand-crafted South African Tree decorations…and you too could join in and have a PERi-tastic Christmas.
These fun bespoke wire and bead tree decorations were specially made in South Africa by artisans helped by social development programmes to earn a good, fair wage for their work. This year, the best dressed trees are wearing wire and beads – anything else is old hat!

From the 23rd November, these limited festive trinkets will be available for you to buy online at www.nandos.co.uk for £15.
Partners on the project, Nando’s and Makubela Wireworks produced these funky little festive treats, available in four unique designs including a Christmas Tree, Angel, Reindeer and of course a Nando’s legendary PERi-PERi Chilli.
Makubela Wireworks, based in Capetown, was set up in 2000 as a partnership with the African Art Factory and provides artists with a platform to show their talents, providing reliable and sustainable work.
So replace your Turkey with PERi-PERi Chicken this Christmas and pop into your local Nando’s stores to admire the stunning trees and the story behind them…then log onto www.nandos.co.uk to decorate one of your very own.
